Could an admin fix this issue or at least tell me why my PMs were removed. thank you.

Its been over a year and this still hasn't been figured out.....

Possible reasons:
- You or you were involved that broke the forum rule and admin have taken your PM privilege.
- or vBulletin screwed up and admin haven't solved it.
