I would say just 1, those suckers are not cheap

bmxbandit 01-28-2016 11:08 AM

good lawd! for that price I feel like I could have the car dyno tuned and have the control module completely disabled? is that an option? if so it would be roughly same price (if not cheaper)

Isn't it possible to just use the stock ones?

I dont think the TPMS light goes off if it doesnt detect a TPMS sensor at all.

Yes you can transfer the stock ones to new wheels.

The light will turn on if no TPMS is detected.

The price is for one. There's a reason why used TPMS can get ~$40-100 for a set.

My tire light has been on for the better part of 2 years now. It goes on immediately when any single wheel (as part of a set of 4 sensors) is physically moved away from the car.

There is no turning the light off either. It can't be disabled with a tune.

Also selling a used set of tires and wheels(one bent and repaired) at $200 more than they are new. Sounds like a good deal. It is OBO so maybe he'll drop down to the price they were new?

I thought he wanted $25 each for TPMS's thast $300 cheaper then buying them new. I honestly didn't see anything I liked so I didn't look at the other prices lol
