Steering wheel adjuster limited

After a hit and run and repairs from a body shop, my steering wheel seems to be lower than it was before and I cannot adjust it as much as I recalled, the column also seems twisted Pictures. I am going to bring it to the body shop for them to check on it but I was wondering if I should just bring it to the dealership to repair under warranty?

For sure, it does look whacked out.

You might wish to compare its "travel" to another BRZ.

I suspect that the adjuster got bound up, due to the accident.

The level of adjustment is minimal its probably just all in your head, but that column is way off center.
