If my intake is not carb legal,,do I need to take it off everytime I do smog check??

Does anyone got N1 catback exhaust? Did you pass smog check?

Yes. Take it off if no sticker. Some shops will fail you if its not there or valid.

Remove non-CARB legal parts.

N1 is a catback and has nothing to do with emissions since you didn't remove the CATs.

Anything that does not have a CARB sticker does need to be taken off for a smog check. A catback exhaust is okay because it isn't messing with any of the smog/emission equipment/
