What other parts would I need to install?

The lenses are clear. You would need some means to switch these on. A harness and a switch or a tundra stalk w/fog light switch.

Are these PT413-18130 part number?

or a aftermarket?

It is not the complete kit sold by Toyota (PT413-18130). These are just the pieces shown in the pictures that I pieced together myself.
