Parking brake clunk

When you engage the FR-S parking/emergency brake while moving do you hear a clunk? I always test the brake every few thousand miles to check that it is working.

Can't say that I've attempted to pull the hand brake while moving. I can't think of any reason why I would want to do that other then to cause lockup.

I have pulled the handbrake on a hill to avoid rolling backwards though and no clunk sound. I do notice that the car does lurch a little when I apply the handbrake parking and finally releasing the brakes.
