Weird Bluetooth music issues
 

So half the time I'm playing music from my iphone, the head unit just shows a play, fast forward, rewind and stop button. It doesn't even show what the song is or anything else.

At other times, I get full information. Song, album, etc. Sometimes after driving, the former will become the latter, though it takes at least 20+ minutes if it happens.

Is there an update to the firmware head unit? I couldn't find it online. I've got a stock 2013 BRZ Limited.

Same thing happens to me except on occasion I can't even pick the song. I can only skip to next.

Works better on Android. I gave up on using my iPod. My friend just plugs his USB instead of his phone. I think it's just issue with Apple software.

Where is the apple love? Appreciate the info!
