Thank you for the opportunity to take care of your needs. I am glad this time was handled in a timely manner, and without any issues. We had a bit of a rough patch when we switched to our new system, but things are going much smoother for us, and if the item is in stock, it should be shipped either the same, or next business day.

We have also enabled Chat on the website, which is available most of the time.

Are you guys still an authorized vendor on this forum? I see that your name is just the normal colour.
I will be in the market for a louder exhaust and possibly lowering springs or coil overs for the new car soon and intended to support a vendor here but it appears that most have lost their official status.

Did FT86 SpeedFactory ditch adding taffy to orders?

We had a little spell where it was not being included but should be back on including that with orders from our warehouse.

I really wish they'd hide discontinued products from the search. Seeing all the hawk pads and then realizing they only have 2 is disheartening :(

The discontinued items help with the searching. While the item may be discontinued, it might allow someone looking for that particular product to see something similar that is available. However, this is a bit confusing and can be aggravating. We are working on updating our site the 2nd quarter of the year, and I belive that the discontinued items will no longer be listed on the site.

Please keep the suggestions coming, as we are happy to look into the issue, or offer an explanation.
