Ok so it's now in DHL hands, delivery date set for Monday. HU has gone from somewhere in china to Singapore to now Hong Kong lol. [emoji23] I can't keep up.

How is your car currently setup? Are you all OEM and using the OEM amp that is in the trunk? I want to say the OEM amp powers the door speakers.

Yeah I'm all OEM. I suspect it's the trigger wire in the harness is in wrong location just like the old Joying units.

As I suspected the trigger wire was pinned to the wrong slot. There's an extra small black ground wire in that slot so I swapped the pins. Everything is working great.

i didnt know this was an issue, could you provide more info on this? All oem setup aswell, but may jump on this.
