Any chance you could give a little review on what the performance is like with the Synergie V8 installed? Is the lack of torque an issue? Does it really need to be above 6-7k to pull hard? Any other insights??

Straight line acceleration is similar to a 911 GT3. Bottom end torque is low, but still more than stock, so driving around town is not an issue. On track, we're always in the higher RPMs, so it's definilty not an issue there. And yes, you'd want to be in the upper rev range to get the most out of it.
