the tracking number you gave me is not a valid one. i'm growing impatient because you have not answered any emails i have sent since last week. it is going on 3 weeks now and i have yet to see the replacement. can you please check the tracking number and get back to me otherwise i will be forced to file a complaint with Paypal.

Pls check the tracking# again. It is international shipment and it takes couple days for USPS to register the # in USPS database. It takes so long because we received your damage in transit claim after almost 14 days of acceptance. Standard policy for damage in transit claim is usually 3~5 days.
