the tracking number you gave me is not a valid one. i'm growing impatient because you have not answered any emails i have sent since last week. it is going on 3 weeks now and i have yet to see the replacement. can you please check the tracking number and get back to me otherwise i will be forced to file a complaint with Paypal.

Sir,

Pls check the tracking# again. It is international shipment and it takes couple days for USPS to register the # in USPS database.

It takes so long because we received your damage in transit claim after almost 14 days of acceptance.

Standard policy for damage in transit claim is usually 3~5 days.
We worked so hard to fight you a replacement.

Pls be patient, we are really working hard for your case!!!

just wanted an update that's all. i've sent PM's to you guys but got no response hence the post here.
and to explain the long wait, i also work out of town in a moments notice hence the delay in filing the claim.
