BRZ wont start in hot weather!
Hi,
I have a 2013 brz that has no issues except starting in hot weather. Pretty much when I push the clutch in and try to start it, the car wont start and seems to think that the clutch is not pushed all the way in. This only seems to happen after I have been driving it in hot weather(90-100F). The only way to start it when its extremely hot out is to manually pull the clutch from under the hood. Anyone have the same issue or have a fix to it? |
This sounds like the clutch safety switch. I would replace that and see if that fixes your issue. The OEM switch is like 15 or 20 bucks
