Non Factory spark plug recommendation

Posting here because it's related to the valve spring recall. The dealer agreed to replace plugs and charge zero labor, so I figured I'd take advantage. Well I got a call today and apparently factory replacement plugs are on backorder. The service rep said I can bring my own plugs in and they will install. I only have a two day window, so I will need to get them from a local parts store.

The question is - what plugs should I get. Car is a totally stock daily driver.

Thanks for any input.

Try going to Subaru dealership next door and order BRZ spark plugs.

They are the same, and something tell me that a brand that sells all boxer engines will have spark plugs on hand for this common boxer engine...

Also, please get them to do your Throw Out Bearing and upgrade to revised 2017 part if it hasn't been done already. It's worth having the car out on the lift for an extra day or two, even if that is backordered

And to be extra sure - Toyota part number SU003-04931 and Subaru part number 22401AA801, same thing right?

Yes, as long as you pulled the part from the BRZ diagram.

If you google image search them, they are also identical (Denso, a long-time reputable brand)
