Official FA20Club Customer Service Thread

Seeing as that after you have ordered from him: he doesn't answer phone calls, won't answer PM's, closes down his threads when you try asking, and only vaguely responds to emails at the threat of cancelling orders or filing claims with paypal/credit cards.. here is my last ditch effort to communicate - and let others be warned before they order.

I was warned by several other members via PM after I had already placed the order who experienced issues, and I wish they would have made a thread so people like me would have been warned.

12/24 Orders placed for a turbo kit and P3Cars gauge.

12/26 You said the turbo kit would ship as soon as my payment cleared.(lie) My gauge would ship out immediately. (lie)Turbo kits are in stock supposedly.

12/31 My payment 100% cleared.

1/4 Still no shipment of the turbo kit. I talked to you; you said my gauge shipped already (lie) and you said that you actually said 7 days later for my turbo kit (lie), and that a Fedex shipment had been generated (lie)and that 1 of my orders had shipped. (lie)You also stated that you were 100% sure my order would not be delayed. No orders had shipped at this date, and I still had no tracking. You stated that I would be receiving 2 boxes for my big order (turbo) and 1 box for the gauge. You verified twice that it would definitely ship out by 1/7 at the very latest.(lie) You also stated that you did not update order information on your website or via emails because it was too much of a hassle.(wtf?) I would think customers calling you wondering where there product is would be more of a hassle since they cannot check on the website or a tracking number.

1/5 Fedex shipment is initiated for 1 box. Not all 3. Fedex did not actually receive ANY - just the electronic shipping label is created. (This is something I was advised by a couple members here that you did to them just to stall and make it look like you were shipping)

1/7 Called and spoke to Fedex themselves - they verified they have not received or picked up my package.

1/8 Fedex picks up 1 box. Email sent to FA20Club asking where other tracking information is for other 2 boxes if they are indeed shipped. Email received from FA20Club stating that both boxes are shipped - but no further information. No tracking numbers.(wtf?) This thread is created. PayPal claim filed.

I have spent thousands, tens of thousands, of dollars online over the last 10+ years and this is the ONLY company I have had this much trouble from. Won't even provide customers with tracking information - :bs:

I am insulted that you think I am this stupid - constantly giving me the run-around. If all my boxes finally are shipped and you just won't provide tracking, then WOW - terrible customer service. However, my gauge should at least be here by now (going on 17 days from when you said it shipped? It doesn't even take that long to ship from China let alone Florida) and my turbo kit should be here, or at least some sort of answers instead of smoke blown up my ass.

Maybe this will get me my tracking numbers if my packages are shipped. If that's the case - great. But sad that it took this to get it.

If indeed only one box of three has shipped as I suspect, my PayPal Disputes will remain open until everything is received or money is refunded.

*update* 1/9 Fedex shipping label is created for a 2nd box - looks like when he told me several times that both were shipped it was a blatant lie, as I expected.

*update* 1/10 Received Box 1. Contained intercooler, turbo, BOV, wastegate, turbo gasket, 3 pipes for intercooler, oil pan / with fitting. Turbo isn't drilled/tapped for wastegate line. BOV and Wastegate are missing hardware and vacuum nipples.

*update* 1/11 Second box received. No manifold. No ECUTek. No piping. No fittings. No flanges. No downpipe. So what was in it? A vent. No, not my vent gauge that I paid $450 for and a separate order (that i still haven't received). A FUCKING VENT.

*update #2* 1/11 FA20Club responds to this thread; see page 5+. He displays a screenshot showing that "three boxes shipped". I would like to note that mystery box #3, which supposedly contains the rest of the kit and I was never told about, was just shipped 1/10.

Update 1/14 Grabbed box #3 from FedEx on my lunch break.. couldn't wait! What is in it? LOL. My ECUTek. Yup, that's it.

Update#2 1/14 Toni has finally added tracking information for the P3Cars gauge to the paypal claim. Notice he said he did it days ago in this thread? no. He just did it today. "Why?" you ask - because it just shipped yesterday.

I understand FA20Club.com is a site sponsor - so I am just merely posting my experience with them on the site. Take it for what it is.

There is a vendor review forum. This isn't it.

I understand that, however I have $5000 in parts ordered that I can't get answers on. This is what I need to do apparently, and I don't even know if this will get me my product/money.
If anything, its a testament to how horrible their customer service is..

I know a month ago I wish one of the people who are going through similar circumstances with FA20Club would have posted up here for me to see. Then I would probably have a turbo'd car right now from another vendor instead of nothing.

Exactly. He doesn't look at his emails or his voicemails, so I can be pretty sure he doesn't look at the vendor review forum.

aren't there bunch of guys running around with this kit now? At least you know you will get it eventually.. Although the wait sucks.

I would complain after you get your product, just to be smart. You know what happens at a restaurant if you complain about something before you get your food. "Make it special for them".

Wherever you put this topic, I am glad that you did. I have had this vague 'fear' in the back of my head of something like this possibly happening to me and it has stopped me from ordering anything over $200. I assumed it may just be my paranoia, but when you consider the amount of money people spend on orders through online vendors, being paranoid is a good, valid thing. I have yet to experience this, but this would make me incredibly irate.

1086 01-08-2014 08:38 PM

I also hope it stays in the FI section, as I think more people will notice this post rather than putting in a review section where even vendors neglect to update themselves with customers' (dis)satisfaction.

To be honest, I would have never noticed this post if it was in the review section...

I thought about that - however, I don't even know when I am getting my product. I know there are a couple people going on MONTHS.

And to be clear, my gripe isn't so much the wait. It is the fact that I have been repeatedly lied to and the communication and customer service is terrible. If, from the beginning, I had been told that there was a slight delay or had just been provided tracking numbers - I would be totally okay with that. But no, instead I was lied to repeatedly and told everything was in stock and ready to ship. 3 weeks later..... nothin'.

And this is why i went with my choice, i knew they would be super reliable and since they were local i could go to them anytime if there was problems.

Took me a month to receive in stock parts, and I got the wrong tune to boot so the car wouldn't start/idle.

Everything was OK in the end, but I like when things go smoothly.
