Now this is cool! I am obsessed with automotive lighting and planning on doing something wild like this in the future. :D

Hi, the brake light that I have it Revin RR-TY-21. It is similar to VALENTI ones. The Valenti ones you can remove the back cover to access to the internal. Where else my I have to use heat gun to remove the front cover. I will upload a video of it installed to the vehicle and tutorial as well.

Hi Elliotw,

I took too much videos during the project. Now I am sorting it out and edit it to shorten down the video. I will posted on youtube as soon as I possible. Thanks for showing interested in it. I thought I am the only one who think it pretty neat.

I think we are all supremely interested. :D

After having Valenti Revos' on my FR-S, I've thought about modifying my 17' OEM tails to be have sequential signals. With your help, I might practice on a 4th brake light first.

That tutorial was great. Excited for part 2. You in Vancouver BC or WA? What was the new silver board you attached to the original reverse circuit board? Where do you buy those LEDS?

Judging by the "604" in his username (our area code), I'd say Vancouver B.C. ;)

Those are pretty sweet, are you taking on any for those of us who aren't so good with that stuff? I'd love to have this on mine!

The silver plate is just a piece of a big aluminum that I cut it smaller to used it as a heat sink for the cree LEDs. Those LEDs run much hotter than the 5mm regular LEDs so you would need some way to dissipate the heat. I lived in Vancouver BC. I run my own shop so only off hour is the only time I got to work on my car and making videos. I'll try my best to get the second part up on youtube. If you have any suggestion on the tutorial video, let me know and I'll try to make it better. Thanks.
