Front hubs with extended wheel studs

Does anyone know of a vendor who sells wheel hubs with extended wheels studs already installed?

No but why? If you have the hubs in your hand studs are easy to swap out. If you have the tools/ability to change a hub I am sure you can change the studs.

These cars do not face stud installation challenges of other cars, such as Honda, that require replacing the wheel bearings when upgrading to extended studs. The GT86 studs are simple in comparison, just press out each OEM stud and press in the upgraded extended stud.

Dave-ROR helped confirm ARP PN#100-7716 work well.
