Harrop|Michelin Slicks|Bilstein|Os Giken|SPL|Voltex|InGs - The 350whp griffon
This is my track build - a car dedicated for time attack on the track.
Living in Europe (switzerland), i have access to a large range of track, from local club to F1 track. The simple goal to make the car as fast as possible with a good reliability - with virtually no budget restriction, so i'm trying to get only the best parts available on the market for the build. https://i94.servimg.com/u/f94/18/95/58/38/receiv10.jpg https://i.servimg.com/u/f94/18/95/58/38/subaru12.jpg https://i.servimg.com/u/f94/18/95/58/38/subaru13.jpg https://i.servimg.com/u/f94/18/95/58/38/boite_13.jpg [update October 2019] Transmission swap (CD009) done, forged FA20 from Bluemoon ordered. To answer your question, I moved to a position of finance director in a Swiss multinational company. And I created my own company too, which is doing quite well so far!
But back to topic! Some Credits: thanks to @MaximeT for all the help for choosing my parts. I have received the Ace Anaconda 48.2mm - that's quite a piece of exhaust! https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0712.jpg https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0713.jpg This 4-1 setup is supposed to give more high end output, to the expense of less Torque. Since I go FI, torque should not be a problem anyway! Speaking about FI... I have received the Harrop as well! The overall package is very impressive - I was not expecting this. https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0724.jpg I know the Edelbrock is the cookie cutter solution in the US, but I wanted something different. Since I'm in Europe, local support in both case (Edelbrock or Harrop) would not make a difference. This Harrop kit is the first one to sell in France, and from what it seems, I might have the only Harrop Supercharged GT86 in Europe. https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0723.jpg https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0722.jpg I purchased an oil cooler from Harrop as well; this is based on a Setrab Core. https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0813.jpg And to finish, a differential cover, may the need to add a differential cooler arises. https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0726.jpg |
Great project! As much information as possible please!

I've received my wheel rims! Thanks to @Gruppe-s for a smooth transaction. I can only recommend to go through them - prices are ok, customer service is top notch, and they answer 24/24 - I'm even wondering if they sleep sometimes!
https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0815.jpg https://i37.servimg.com/u/f37/18/95/58/38/img_0816.jpg So what we get here are Volks ZE40 in 17*9.5 ET 40 That should fit in both front and rear with coilovers, according to Rays. I will start to wrap around them Michelin PS CUP 2 in 255/40/17 before moving on to full slicks. They'll go together with Project Kics lug nuts http://cdn2.bigcommerce.com/server54....1280.1280.jpg I've mounted as well my studded tyres for the last winter track of the season (ice circuit). Rims are 16inch from 1999 Subaru Forester S - perfect for the purpose of ice tracks! https://i58.servimg.com/u/f58/18/95/58/38/img_0812.jpg |
Great rims!
What do they weigh? |
