TIL what really happened to the Hummer above. Short version, it was a known software issue. 45 minute video mostly about the Lightning, but in the first 3 minutes explains what happened.

Today I learned that some people's intelligence only goes as far as their leaf blower can blow the leafs from their drives.. watched this guy blow leafs from his drive straight onto the road with no thought that they will blow straight back onto his drive or that he's creating a fucking hazard for any drivers/bikers!

I see this way too often. Even worse when these same idiots blow their grass clippings and debris onto the road.
I did the leaves on my front yard yesterday with my new lawn tractor. One pass and I had to go and empty the bags. I got the chute jammed up three times. :mad0259:
Now I have the back yard to do today. This is the second time this season and there's lot more leaves to fall yet. Oh joy... :cry:

its even worse is the snow in the winter!

half the people around me do this. the plow will go by, THEN they clear their driveway, but push it only as far as street gutter.

i push it back into their driveways...

but it's even funnier when they get stuck in it!

Today I learned that some modern hotel phones have a bunch of charging dongles in case you forgot your phone charger on the other side of the country. Which has been the first good surprise of the day!
