What's the install process for the reverse lights?

Nice looking to get this now.. Any pics of HC on whiteout? Night or dark and daylight pics of it? So plug and play no hyper blinking ? Comes with resistors ?

2 wires from reverse to tail lamps.

Totally plug-n-play for Tails. No blinking issue or what's so ever..
