Turbo, brake pads can been seen through the caliper, Apple Carplay, etc

Probably all the same info we already had, but more accurately translated from the Japanese web event.

Also expected: "We know you want pricing information and we'll have more to share closer to launch."

6.1 seconds. That’s all you need.

Also, that's what he said.

Definitely US spec version....you can tell by the amber sidemarkers. Hope the after market guys are preparing to produce the JDM clears.

With an aggressive clutch dump I wonder if that will wind up being in the mid 5 second range. That would at least be in the ballpark of the Miata, Mustang, and Camaro.

That's way too slow. Super unsafe for traffic and highway merges.
At least theres no torque dip this time.

Promised myself I wouldn't click. Caved.

6.1 without major clutch dump is pretty quick. My 13 will do 5.7 with a hard launch on e85.

ninjan00dles 05-26-2021 09:51 PM

Lol.

8 years on the market and still slower than Miata

Lantanafrs2 05-26-2021 10:12 PM

That 6.1 might be for the Corolla lol
