soros151 10-28-2012 12:36 AM

ft86-UAE 11-01-2012 04:53 AM

Tradewind 11-01-2012 04:58 AM

Any updates??

Roadstercycle 11-08-2012 01:56 PM

Sorry no updates, Been trying to get it resolved with Visconti but he won't return phone calls, text, emails, etc. Said he would call me a few times but never has. Either he is mad at me or he does not know what to do and is avoiding the issue. Asked for a tune refund today, lets see how that works. I'll find someone else who has time to work out the issues. I'm out $1125.00 if he does not refund my tune.

OmarGC 11-08-2012 01:58 PM

Uh oh... keep us up to date on the resolution

If you are not looking to sell these kits, then never fear.A judge would not even hear the case. There is nothing illegal in that system unless you try to market it.At least in the USA

You could not "publicly" sell the unit without possibly catching some flak.If you parted out the turbo, some "parts" could be an infringement on patent rights and that's about it.

That kit is an interesting concept, but too much piping.
