Parking

Event “VIP” parking in Regency lot are limited to FR-S / BRZ / AE86 only (other “Toyota Motor Corporation” model vehicles are an exception). Parking spaces on the street are limited in availability; First-Come, First-Served. An event traffic staff will be standing nearby to guide vehicles into their proper designated parking areas. If the parking is full, additional parking is available around the perimeter of the property (please obey all parking bylaws). Please be courteous to pedestrians and drive at “crawling” speeds. Reckless driving and inappropriate behaviour will NOT be tolerated and will instantly get you a one-way trip out the exit. FT86Club Vancouver & Regency Event Staffs reserves the rights to have any individual (undesirable) removed from the premises at any given time.


Regency “RED” Ticket Raffle Draws

Upon entry to the event; only between 6pm to 7pm PDT, one (1) free raffle ticket will be handed out to each (FR-S/BRZ/AE86) for a chance to win great prizes sponsored by Regency Toyota Scion. Winners MUST be present at the event during the draw to be eligible for the prize; in the event of an invalid draw, another ticket will be drawn out. The lucky drawn winners will have to provide their full name with their photograph taken by our event photographer for media purposes.


FT86Club Vancouver “BLACK” Club Funding Raffle Draws

Within the event; there will be a tent setup with an event staff selling separate club raffle tickets for some neat little prizes to bring home. Best of all, proceeds will all go to the club funding for future events such as these! This raffle draw is available to all attendees. $2.00 per raffle entry.


Food & Beverages “BLUE Ticket”

A BLUE food ticket will be handed out to the driver (at the entrance) for a free meal courtesy of Regency Auto Group. Food will be served by a license food truck in the event this year. Each driver of a “Toyota Motor Corporation” vehicle will receive one food token to trade in for $10 worth of food from the truck vendor. Additional food will be available for members and guests at regular vendor cost. Sorry, NO consuming of alcohol allowed during this event on premise. Food and beverages will be available throughout the whole duration of the event while supplies last.


FT86Club Vancouver Official Merchandise

Official club merchandise will be for sale in the entertainment zone under the same tent as the raffle draws throughout the duration of the event.



FAQs

Q: Will there be any washrooms available?
A: Yes, there will be 2 sets of washrooms for Mens and Ladies.

Q: Can I have someone tag along?
A: Yes, although this is an open invitation event; please be mindful that the event is more geared towards the owners and fans.

Q: What prizes are there for the raffles?

Road trip?
 

Hmmm... if the schedule agrees... it would be a nice road trip to check this out... but it would be a longggg day unless staying overnight and heading south the next day.

Come! I've booked the whole week off last year just to prep! :thumbup:

On a thursday?!

Yeah, unfortunately 86Day (August 6th, hence 8.6. Day) lands on a Thursday. Book the Thursday and Friday off and call it a week! :)

That would be a long trip to make up from Portland - definitely would need to stick around for a few days, although I've been wanting to head up to BC for a few years now.

I especially would like to see that midnight purple FR-S in person :)

I would love to run up there. I already wrote our work schedule for that week :(

Turns out I work this day, and can't take Thurs/Friday off...
