HKS Supercharger OIL LEAK

I bought an hks supercharger back in July of 2021 and I noticed recently a loss in power and upon closer inspection, I saw that the housing of the supercharger started to come apart on one side and there was oil residue all along the side of the supercharger. Also, the supercharger oil reservoir was completely empty. Has anyone ever had dealings with HKS's warranty department?
