Not that FR-S resale values are anything to write home about, but I wonder how this is going to affect them. Other orphaned brands have fared poorly. but since the car will continue on as a Toyota there's a chance this won't have an impact.

I thought ft86club emailed me some clickbait lol.
I'm happy with this. Toyota FR-S doesn't sound so hot though. GT86 please! |

I kind of like having the Scion version of this car now lol.

Wonder if the Toyota version in North America will stay "youthful" what with the white gauges and red bolsters and all that. The GT86 has those same things, right?

I wonder if they'll keep the trim levels to one. Truth be told(and I've said it quite a few times), I would've bought a Scion if it had the option for leather. It was literally the only reason why I bought the BRZ. Then again, I'm sure the BRZ still would've been cheaper...lolz.

I've always liked the Toyota badge better than the Scion badge but liked the FR-S badging better than the GT86 one. I guess my previously weird wish to badge my car as a Toyota FR-S is ok now.

Wonder if people will give me crap for doing the Toyota rebadge now.
