2017+ Steering Wheel Care?
I noticed the 2017+ steering wheels are made out of a very thin pleather kind of material. I used some leather conditioner from Meguiar's and it actually stained/lightened the pleather. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to care for this fragile steering wheel? Love how it looks, hate how it feels and is built compared to the 2013-2016 ones to be quite honest.

Out of sht and gigs I bought this in the hopes of winning an RX-7 they were giving away, but its surprisingly good. Works best with an applicator pad instead of microfiber towel. https://80eighty.com/automotive-deta...nditioner.html |
I use Hide Rehab on my Steering wheel and leather seats. Keeps them nice and soft so cracking doesn't creep up.

you can't even really call the 2017+ steering wheel and shift knob stuff "pleather" as it feels like plastic. It was the main reason why I opted to swap out my steering wheel I just hated the slippery smooth texture on it

I didn’t think it was leather. Doesn’t feel amazing. Hopefully it at least lasts.
