Wdninja / Gasket Ninja - Excellent customer service
 

I know others here have had good experiences with @wdninja, but I just wanted to add my experience. I ordered a set of gasket ninja gaskets when I picked up my new taillights. The gaskets were shipped quickly, but my mail lady decided to leave them in someone else's mailbox. I emailed Chris and he replied promptly and offered to drop a new set in the mail. I told him to give it a day just to see. The gaskets didn't show up the next day, so I dropped Chris an email. He advised he'd ship them the next day via priority mail to make sure I got them quickly. The day that Chris was going to mail me a new set, the gaskets were delivered to my house with "wrong address" written on the package. Whoever got my gaskets by mistake was at least nice enough to put them back in the mail. I emailed Chris the morning he was shipping the new gaskets in hopes that I'd catch him before the replacements were sent. He emailed me back and told me they were already sent. I offered to send them back, but he kindly told me to just keep them. Truly awesome customer service and lightning fast responses. Definitely a shining example of customer service, even in the middle of all of this Covid19 stuff.
