Perrin single exit catback

Contacted perrin recently for my gen 1 looking for a 2.5" CBE. Found out they discontinued the 2.5" and 3" systems and developed a single exit.
Looks to have originally been developed along side the gen2 as you can buy just the axleback portion for GR86/BRZ.

Anyone here buy one yet?

Cheap ass band clamps? For that price? GTFO. What a joke.

They can’t be serious.

Can't even imagine what that will cost in the Canadian market. CSG touring is around $900 and it's nearly $1600 to get it to my door with shipping.

The outgoing 2.5" and 3" are $1400CAD, this will easily touch 2k which is more than a fujistubo Authorize R

I think this is a much better option for a single exit: https://shop.namelessperformance.com...et-track-pipe/

Sure, or this one: https://shop.namelessperformance.com...-pipe-brz-frs/

I've always wanted to try it for the hell of it, but I have a feeling it would be quite loud! :)

I had one of those, ran it with and without catted FP with catless EL headers. It made great sounds in both cases, but without cats is was loud.

Ultra quiet version is much, much better. I have been running it for a few years. It's not "neighbors hate you" loud. When I get my car up and running again I will have to post video, even though it is hard to discern loudness in them.
