It is only a couple inches greater than the current add-ons available for the JDM Impreza, WRX and STi Line-Ups.

Not sure I like that. Need to see the full kit with front lip and rockers.

I like em.

Ah, it comes up over the rocker panels like I hoped. See, those Impreza-based cars probably have existing holes under their rocker panels allowing their respective "under" spoilers to mount from underneath without drilling and be thinner. The BRZ rockers don't have holes. This skirt has to come up along the sides for adhesion. That was my point. Holes drilled in rocker = rust and now I'm more confident this won't be the case.

Still not the full kit but add black STI wheels and these side skirts might be the finishing touch...

Sexy

I agree that it would match well, but I'm just not a fan of black wheels.

I never was either but that pic is starting to convince me otherwise. Maybe only on a dark blue, white, black, or red BRZ.

OrbitalEllipses 07-26-2012 08:46 PM

WRB pops too much to have dark wheels, IMO.

Meh. I pretty much only like black on black. It looks alright on the other colors but it isn't money the way it is on black. The GBS is prolly the next best color for black wheels for me.
I just feel like black wheels get lost in colors/shadows and aren't really that visible.

Does anyone have some footage of a drive by at full throttle with the STi catback?
Or anything better than shy reving in neutral, really...

Agree. What is the point if 0 adding power, $1800 just for the sound and look and the "STI".

Adding a follow-up to the first video.

Looks like the owner took a second video of the exhaust at 14,000km after initial install.

Doesn't sound much different, if only a little throatier.
