Enkei TS-10

http://enkei.com/shop/tuning/ts10/

New rims that I am willing to bet will look great on the 86 platform. I'm hoping to pick up a set of these in gold if the price is right.

Aaaand .. yet again vendor too lazy to mention weight.

Horrible offsets for our cars.

vvtlift 01-01-2016 08:35 PM

There seems to be plenty of 'offset' choices. What are considered 'horrible' for our cars...?

+45... I don't think the 17x9's or 18x9.5's will clear without coilover suspension.

wparsons 01-02-2016 10:24 AM

17x9 +45 should clear stock diameter springs, but it's tight and no room to add any negative camber.

86 South Africa 01-02-2016 11:23 AM

Pity. Cos they look great!

jawn 01-16-2016 01:15 AM

Anyone spot weights yet? Specifically for the 17x8?

ap5512 01-16-2016 05:08 PM

No weight info anywhere yet. These are probably in production right now and getting ready to ship. Accoring to TireRack it's "Available at Supplier". Im just waiting for the weights on these...if they are under or equal to 19 lbs. for the 17x8, then I'm definitely pulling trigger on these. If heavy, then probably just go the Rota Titans or OZ Formula HLT/Ultraleggera route..

swarb 01-16-2016 05:22 PM

I saw the wheels and talked to the enkei rep at sema. They aren't part of the racing series (rpf1/nt03), but part of the tuner series. They aren't light. But they aren't heavy either. Guy mentioned "around 21lbs" for the 18x9.5. Not rfp1 weight, but not rep weight either.

Xiijuwa 01-16-2016 08:42 PM

Looks interesting, gonna follow these. Might pick them up in 17x8 or 18x8.

raian 01-17-2016 02:58 PM

Tirerack has it in their Enkei Tuning Series now. http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...rey&tab=wheels

JoeBoxer 01-17-2016 07:43 PM

I can order these, the offsets are weak unless you go 17x9 or 18x9.5. I wish they had done the same sizes as the TS9 which has a 18x8.5 and 9.5 +40 instead of the 45.

If i keep my coilovers i'm planning on getting a set but not sure whether to get black or the storm grey. Great looking wheels though and weight will be around 20 pounds for smaller sizes and 22 at the most for the bigger ones.

ap5512 01-18-2016 09:50 AM

I'm hoping for under 19lbs. for the 17x8. I'm only saying that based on some of the other TSx wheels that aren't that heavy (TS9, TS5, etc).

Probably right at 19 I'd say would be a good guess.

Gear_One_Performance 01-18-2016 03:53 PM

They're supposed to ship out "early 2016" according to our supplier, I've asked them for weights on a few sizes for you guys.

Gear_One_Performance 01-19-2016 10:43 AM

Okay so I've only got two sizes so far, they are 19.15 lbs on the 17x9 and 20.1 lbs on the 18x9.5. They should be publishing the rest before they go out for shipping.

fyi, the rota titan is 17.9 lbs at 17x9 :) so lighter than this wheel.

But this one still has that Enkei MAT manufacturing! And I'd sooner get the TC105N if I were in the market for the Titan, given that the cost of the real thing isn't that hateful.

Actually, the Rota Titan is on my list of wheels. I've gotten my choices narrowed down to the following:

O.Z. Formula HLT (only avail. in 18x8 @ 21 lbs. :(...but on sale )
Rota Titans (17x8)
Enkei TS10 (pending weight)

If the weight of the TS10 is good, then I'll settle with them...if not I'll need to think really hard on my priorities of size/weight of Titans vs. OZ.

Gear_One_Performance 01-22-2016 08:21 AM

Also keep in mind that these are part of enkeis "tuning" series, not the racing series so they won't be as light as enkei can possibly make them.

So I was on TireRack again and it looks like the 18s are 19.x lbs. This is promising...the 17x8s should be around 18 which I can live with. I think I will finally pull the trigger...once I get the confirmation that is..

Xiijuwa 01-27-2016 07:16 PM

Very nice, just need to decide on gold or black now.

h8meh8ers 02-17-2016 08:04 PM

Anyone happen to have the weight of the 17X8s?

ap5512 02-17-2016 08:18 PM

I've been told they weigh 18.7 lbs. by Oakos. I can live with that but was hoping they would be on the lower end of the 18 lbs.

alxtheoreo 05-03-2016 09:17 PM

Bringing it back from the dead. Lol

Has anyone confirmed the weight for a 17x8 +45 in Storm Grey? Tirerack doesn't mention it, yet 1010tires says 17.65lbs.

Disregard. The guys at tirerack said this size & color weighs 17.7 lbs.

Plus, they told me the Eneki Fujins will be discontinued in the 17x7.5 +40 offset. This explains why it's not "available" for our cars anymore.

Mine came in the mail today (Storm Grey, 17x8 +45). The weight from tire rack is accurate - 17.6lbs. Install pics are TBD. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...0f13d4e748.jpg

The overcast images are from this morning & the one with sun hitting the wheel is from yesterday afternoon. I'm running eccentric bolts in the front (-1.5) & the rear is stock... -1.4 on my right rear, -.8 on my left rear. I can't say I like the center or the centercaps. It looks more prevalent then other wheels to me for some reason.

Getting black 18" TS9s for sure... Kind of want to go 18 x 8.5... but TireRack doesn't have many tire options for 8.5 :(

might go 8"

What do you mean? 235/40 or 245/35. Plenty of options.
