It's the kid's excessive bravado, rather pompous attitude in his current and previous posts, and lack of hard evidence that attracted all of us in the first place.

Considering his record-keeping (time slip from the bottom of a hoarder's purse, no dyno graph), I would bet that if he did hit that number, he'd never be able to tell you how he did it.

Even with a dyno graph, if he knew the guy, the dyno sheet could have been easily been manipulated to reflect his numbers.

I would have rather asked him about his build and suggested he take a second try; this time including some type of frame mounts in the fiber so he wouldn't have to aggressively tape it.

You see that is the problem. He does not want help as he states repeatedly that he is much smarter then the rest and has the bestest and fastest NA car ever built. He is not even remotely interested in even the polite critical criticism that has been presented to him in the past and is only interested in pushing his self perceived dominance on people. He has done this since his very first post and evidently has a habit of it on Facebook as well. That is all fine and dandy but he is the kind of guy that gives out false info that can lead others astray and cause them issues if they fall for his act.
Ya we all can do dumb things when we are young (mine was a 32 inch lift to the back of my 70 Coronet R/T) but to do so and then go on the attack takes a whole different kind of Special.
