I don't know what chip you're referring to, but there are none. The wheels are brand new.

If you open the image in a bigger window, you can see a reflection that looks like a chip - unfortunately we can't confirm what it actually is haha. I've been looking for these wheels for a while, would be my preferred buy if I didn't have an order locked in :3
