2016 BRZ LIMITED A/T QUOTE
Contemplating the purchase of a '16 BRZ. Received some rather aggressive pricing from 4 of my local dealerships in SE PA.
Here are the details: Factory order 2016 BRZ Limited Automatic Ice Silver Rear bumper appliqué Splash guards* (Installed only) *Note: Subaru does not have splash guards available, purchasing FR-S OEM from Toyota $26,400.00 plus tax & tags |
THAT'S A GOOD PRICE GO BUY IT
|
WHY ARE WE YELLING?
|
Thats a great price. I bought my '15 AT Limited last october for 27,800 which was the lowest out of 4 dealerships in my area. And that was without any accessories.
|
I am an awe of that price.
I was just quoted $27,314 for a 2016 BRZ Limited M/T, Dark Gray Metallic; $149 more, $27,463 for red illumination kit installed. All before taxes and fees. Same price from a dealer in Santa Monica, CA and Bakersfield, CA. Talking with the rep in Santa Monica, he stated their quotes were $500 above invoice. |
That's a great price for a limited.
|
Bestest ebders!

Whoah, my Limited Automatic (w/ wheel locks, bumper applique, and subwoofer) is gonna run me $29,200 at my local dealership. You got yourself an excellent price in my opinion.
|
great price ! what is the catch though... hehehe

Is that before or after tax, license, doc fees? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
It is a great price... I placed this information on the website so others looking to purchase a new BRZ can use it as a possible negotiating tool. There are 4 Subaru dealers in my area (Southeastern Pennsylvania) competing against each other and seem to be more than willing to provide a very competitive price.
In a search for a new BRZ during the last month, I have received lower pricing on factory order '16s than '15 "leftovers" already in dealers inventory!!! Doesn't make sense, but will take it - Best of both worlds if you are willing to wait a couple months. |

We only have one Subaru dealership in town so the price tends to stay close to MSRP (MSRP for mine would be $30,112). |
There is a catch and that is you have to wait as it is a factory order.
While I'm not doubting their sales quote practices, you should double check if that price includes the $795 destination charge. This is not a price you can just get when picking a car off the lot. The advantage to the dealership is that they have an anticipated unit to add to their future allocation. At that price you are about $1500 below invoice, and they will also hope to make that money back by selling warranties and service contracts. |
I just got quoted $26,277.72 before taxes with an out the door price of $28,668.44. Just got a loan with a 1.79% APR for 60 months and I'll have my white '16 manual limited once they hit lot in October, I like to think I got a pretty good deal.
|
Great price.
You could even do a little better by dropping the A/T option and being happier in the long run. ;) |

It was $26,863 with the red interior illumination kit installed. Once I get my VON, I'm going to schedule a full body clear-bra install. |
Just for reference I just put my deposit down on a 2016 Premium 6 MT for $24,029.
After Washington state tax 9.5%, documents fees, and everything my OTD price is $26,726. |
wow, it looks like these dealers are doing anything to get the cars to sell so they don't sit for 8 months. Awesome.

Still holding off purchase until some outstanding medical issues are resolved. In the meantime, one dealership dropped their quote for a factory order '16 Limited A/T down to $26,250 including destination and prep, T&T not included.

Took advantage of my local Subaru dealers generous price of $26,000 for a factory order '16 BRZ Limited with destination/delivery, automatic transmission, bumper applique and install only of FR-S splash guards. Tax and tags extra. Easy sale for them since there is no trade involved. I have dealt with this dealership in the past and are very reputable. Now I have to be patient and wait a couple months for it to arrive. Wish I had it now with the beautiful weather in SE Pennsylvania. Will eat some popcorn while I wait in anxious anticipation!!!
 |
I just got quoted for $27,300 for a 2016 Limited 2.0, A/T, World Rally Blue; excluding TLF. Not sure what options are included but it said "Option Package 01" on the invoice. Going stop by the dealer later after work to place my deposit.
I'm not sure If should just go with this quote or shop around for a better deal. |

Jayzl, I highly recommend getting quotes from multiple dealers in your area. Let your fingers do the walking by going to the dealers website and requesting their Eprice. In many instances, you can get lower prices over the internet rather than walking into the dealership. Ask them to beat the $27,300 with the option 1 package. In my area, dealers are very interested in beating their competitors pricing. FYI: Cars101 website (http://www.cars101.com/subaru/brz/brz2016.html) provides very helpful information & research, including packages, for the BRZ. |

I requested for a quote via email for a 2016 limited A/T with two other dealers but they both ignored my request and instead pitched me their 2015 A/T models. I am currently still shopping around, so nothing is finalize yet. |

BTW, I googled "Bay Area Subaru Dealers". Here are some dealerships that may be in your area: Stevens Creek Subaru Livermore Subaru Capitol Subaru Serramonte Subaru Downtown Subaru of Oakland Putnam Subaru of Burlingame Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek Carlsen Subaru Putnam Subaru Subaru of Santa Cruz Marin Subaru Albany Ford Subaru Elk Grove Subaru Marin Mazda Hanlees Napa Subaru Maita Subaru Modesto Subaru |
All these prices are making me wish I had haggled a bit, gosh darn my laziness!
I factory ordered a 2016 DGM A/T with wheel locks, subwoofer, and rear bumper applique for $29,200 *shrug* |

Found another dealer about 35 miles away from where I live and after some back and forth, I factory ordered a Blue '16 BRZ Limited, automatic transmission, auto dim mirror compass W/ Homelink, interior illumination kit- red, chrome fuel door cover, and rear bumper applique for the price of $27,200 - excluding tax and fees. I know is no where near your deal, but I am glad to have found this posting! Thanks OP! Btw, two of the dealers I contacted told me straight up no discount on factory ordered BRZ. To be honest, I think they didn't even wanted to deal with me. :iono: |

Great news Jayzl!!! Now you can relax and wait for your new BRZ. Your deal was not that far off from mine... BTW, the only option added for my BRZ was the applique, other than the AT. Regards, Bob |
