Vanity Plates

Okay, I'm not from Chicago, but if I were I would get an Illinois plate
that reads:

DA BRZ. (Da Bears)

Motopythons 06-21-2012 04:53 AM

If I were to get one: NOTURBO.

Any VA BRZ owner is free to use it. I had a vanity plate once, but never again will I have one.

I'm in Chicagoland and I have the whole branding thing going on...

My plates are ' MY BRZ ' and my web site is (mybrz.com was taken) 'www.***********.com'.

Mine will be 'NOT FRS'

Chewie4299 06-23-2012 09:23 PM

I've got a plate number that's three generations old (Grandfather(passed), mother, mine). I'll never do a vanity plate unless it's a second car and my FR-S is gonna be my DD.

ashtray 06-23-2012 10:06 PM

My regular CA plates arrived today. (not vanity plates). I wonder if someone at the DMV is a fan - my plate number ends in "86"! :D

Just curious, did you have a bad experience having it?

How long did it take for them to get there from the date of purchase?

I can see it being an issue if you are a fast driver, especially if you drive fast around your neighborhood or workplace.

Dammit, it's already been 5 for me. I want to put on my license plate holder and frames, but it'd look silly with no plate.

Unleashed 06-24-2012 08:13 PM

Mine is going to be UNLESHD

eikond 06-25-2012 12:25 PM

I snagged "BRZ" from Michigan. Surprised it was available.. I figured some random person would have those initials reserved by now. I guess there aren't a lot of people with Z last names.

I debadged the Subaru and BRZ letters.. So the rear of my car will have only the Subaru oval and the BRZ license plate. Hopefully that will look good.

Delaware plates BRZERK. No front plates in DE :)

ToyoburuBRZ 01-27-2014 11:02 AM

Thinking about getting PRDOFBXR

mrdanyo 01-27-2014 11:21 AM

Mine is "AEIOWNU", which obviously plays off of our English vowels.
The neat part is that to the layperson, they'll think "oh haha, I get it: 'I own you'!"...
But to the FT86 community that knows anything about the history of the car (AE), they'll think "oh haha, I get it: 'AE, I own you'!"

:)

meeskee2 01-27-2014 11:23 AM

I went with "RWDSUBE"

DrewIsAmus 01-27-2014 11:40 AM

Just ordered mine today.

Do you mind if I was to do BRZRK, if available and when I get one of course. Then again, I am in texas.

tbertran 01-27-2014 12:30 PM

ICY BRZ on my SWP. Not too applicable with the crazy temperatures we currently have in Cali.
