Phantom ESC
Sold my BRZ today, so up for sale is my Phantom ESC. I was an original beta tester of the system, and all of my beta equipment (compressor, controller battery harness and fused throttle switch wiring harness) was replaced by Rob about a year ago. Since my car was parked for the winter, the system only has about 8,000 miles of use. So it's like new.
Included are are both the V1.0 battery kit, the V1.5 battery kit as well the two available sized battery trays. This allows you to use the PowerSonic battery kit or the Odyssey battery kit. The price is $1,850 which includes shipping to the lower 48. If you want my V1.5 PowerSonic batteries, I'll include them in the sale for $150 - or $2,000 total. This is a no-wait system. Price is extremely firm. First one to transfer the money to my PayPal gets the system. |
Thunderdome to buy it begins in 3...2...1...

Also, what's the difference between this w/ the 1.5 battery kit and the current v2 one. Edit: Where are you located? |
We also need photos!
|
So to be clear this is before the new partial boost? Does this have the new lighter compressor wheel?

"Price is extremely firm."
Until Rob steps up production, the laws of supply and demand are at play. I'm sure I could have easily gotten more, but the current price (including shipping) seemed to be the route to a quick sale. I really enjoyed being a beta tester for this system and part of the ESC community. It is exciting technology and I'm sure that this is just the beginning. If it hadn't been for the ESC, I would have sold my BRZ long ago. The ESC took the BRZ from a car I liked to one of the most enjoyable cars I've owned. My wife is starting a business and since this was a second car for me, I was all too glad to let it go for her. The car sold in just a few days at a good price as well. The buyer traveled almost 400 miles to pick it it. I will miss the BRZ, but I know I will be jones-n for a new car in a year or so. For the first time I will be looking for a sport-lux car rather then a sports car. At my age (50+) it's just getting too hard to get in and out of a low car. |
Hope your marriage last long, if not you will regret about selling your toys.
Cars like this keeps men with joyfull spirit and away of bad habits, most of us the second chance for enjoy simple things of life like driving without destination |
