New Scion FR-S ad; apes Uber service
 
Saw this ad this evening on cable:

I think the idea is clever: an FR-S being used for a ride service (something like Uber or Lyft). When they get to the passenger's destination, it's just not enough and off they go again! I've noticed lately a push to broaden the appeal of the FR-S among non-sports car enthusiasts, which is a good trend if we want to see the brand survive more than a few years.

The lease tie-in means that, if successful, there ought to be some used FR-S's available in 2-3 years for cheap. It's all good.

The cave in Bulgaria, although naturally in the shape that you see, was "augmented" by the local Bronze Age population to create a shrine to, well, you know. It is known as the "womb cave". This had to do with a mother-earth/sun-child cult in that region dating probably from the Neolithic. At one point (and only one) during the year, a single shaft of sunlight passes through the entrance and falls upon an altar in the cave. And yes, it is intended to look exactly like the anatomical feature that you think it looks like.

Well, in the end it's all about sex, drugs and rock and roll. Anyway, I suspect that "womb cave" was the most that the Bulgarians could get away with, although I certainly don't know the Bulgarian word for "p***y". Anybody?
