Hey guys does anybody know when OFT is updating so I can have launch control on my 2015 FRS?

That feature has been out for months. Check to make sure your OFT has the latest software and template file. You also have to activate your launch control using RomRaider. See the OFT tips and tricks thread.

Can confirm that feature actually isn't present the in the D00C 2015 Rom's yet for US Manuals/Autos

Source: I have a 2015 BRZ that I've flashed with the 91 and 93 oct stage 1 ROM's and now am running the 93 Grimmspeed Rom. I've run all of these Rom's through RomRaider and compared them to the same A00C roms and none of the D00C roms have the LC or FFS options as of yet whereas the A00C US rom's do.

Also, the D00C Rom is only available in the latest Rom versions pack (i originally downloaded the older version and it wasn't present, when I got the 2.063 pack it was in there).

Apparently the features are supposed to be coming soon, but no confirmed date.

Are you sure you're using the correct XML? I noticed that LC/FFS menu was missing when I had the wrong XML Definition loaded...

I emailed oft support and they confirmed that it hasn't been released yet for D00C

Yeah, using the 2.07 XML's that came in the 2.063 Rom pack. The only reason I was so sure of the answer is that I literally looked up the same thing less than 24 hours ago without knowing this thread was active. That was how I found out the details about it coming soon, but not yet. There is another thread on here which talks about the same thing in the D00C rom's. After I saw the thread I went digging through the Grimmspeed Rom, then went back through the 93 and 91 oct Rom's too, then compared them to the same Rom in the A00C build and found that the LC/FFS was actually missing from the Rom entirely in the D00C, not just disabled.

I don't think the autos can even have the feature

Since shiv got his xml's from TD-D, why don't you pm TD-D and ask the expert. He can probably do something custom, if you make it worth his while.

It's funny when I first got the OFT I was really wanting these features for 15' but now I don't even feel like I need them at all lol.

The ROM patch to the code that td-d did is the hard part.

now thats done shiv just needs to add the patched roms to tune pack and mod the definitions for those tunes for the additional parameters.
