Awesome video! I could actually feel the G-forces as you rounded curves.

I rode it some years ago on my Honda Shadow. Going to the mountains in a couple of weeks for a music festival (Merlefest) and may try to work in a side trip up to Deal's Gap,

I drove it back in the fall, in a rental Corolla, in the rain, on a very short schedule to be back to the airport.
This video was actually more fun!

Took mine there last year. Left my buddy in his evo9 in the dust. He's kind of a puss tho.

Your video makes me want to go back this year! Fontana Village Resort has a kick ass disc golf course I'm itching to get back to as well.

Like an 11 mile autocross! Nice tidy lines, so much better than other Dragon vids showing fools crossing the centerline all the time. I admit to getting a little woozy after watching it on a big screen TV.

OT, but I once read a story about the lifestyle of a Dragon photographer. He earns about $150K+/yr. from his website selling pics. Not bad for part time work outdoors with great views.

I was just there this past weekend with a BRZ buddy. Awesome roads!

Great vid and awesome run! It had me grinning from ear to ear the whole way thru.

A few of my car up at the tail. The first one was from Southeast 86's meet up there a few weeks ago.

Awesome vid, great lines! Went up there for the first time myself with the Southeast 86 group last month and it was a lot of fun. Did you happen to hit the Skyway while you were out there? We did it around sunset and it was a beautiful drive.

I make a few mistakes on this run, main one in my mind is nearly overcooked one of the final corners and ABS bailed me out. The time I ran before this, a Viper tried to lose me....I ate his lunch and gained a few rock chips in the process from his massive rear tires.

Yes, the guy who started Killboy.com. He is a friend of a friend and lives in Florida half the year. Must be nice! It's a wonderful bit of road though. I also recommend "Devils Triangle", also in East TN. That road will try to kill you.

I caught that near the end there...don't feel bad, we've all done that. The corner just kinda sneaks up on you and you panic brake a little.

I have run the Skyway many times in my GT Brembo car, but cops are so bad up there and the speed limit is too low for the speeds this car would carry up there, so I havent been in the 86 yet. Maybe a night run would be more LE free.

thank you for not putting some obnoxious music to the video. lol

Nice vid. I live fairly close to it, just off 336 on the TN side. I have not driven it in my FR-S since last summer.

Is this "Southeast 86" still a thing? Is it happening this year? I'd like to be involved.

I go down with a group of bikers, my friends e36 m3 and my 86 every summer. I'll be down there for 10 days mid July
