What's up guys, I'm new here figured I'd stop in and drop a post with a pic of my car currently.. As of now there's not much done to her..

-Tints
-J2 quad tip catback with front pipe (sounds amazing.. Was shocked for the price it was)
-I had the rims plasti dipped white before, it looked ok.. But black is much better, I added glitter to a clear coat plasti dip to give the rims a sparkle looks, can't really tell in this pic..
-Smoked out stock tail lights
-White LED license plate light

What's on its way

-Eibach Sportline springs are coming tmrw!!
-Smoked Valenti tail lights coming soon..
-Rain guards
-Aslo want to get the full body splitter kit

There's lots to do, but figured I'd share the journey with everyone here!!

Would like to thank you all for all the help in the forums, even though I've only been sittin back and learning a lot from all these posts.. Now it's time for me to become active!!

Drop a pic of you're GT86?

I think he means he got a Monogram FRS.

x1UP 03-01-2015 11:34 AM

Welcome and congrats! Although, fully loaded, I was thinking it was actually fully loaded...lol

Mr.Impreza 03-01-2015 11:44 AM

He meant fully loaded with cash money with all those gas savings

Anyways, nice, welcome!!!

KingGT86 03-01-2015 12:20 PM

Ahaha yes by fully loaded I meant monogram series.. Sorry for this confusion, I will change that lol, but anyways thanks guys!!

Nice! Defiantly post up more pictures once you've got the Eibach springs on - I'm considering these for myself with the stock wheels, and suspension set-up until I can afford to upgrade my wheels with coils, etc all at once.

One of my co-workers has a black Monogram, and her car looks great; I think the headlights fit the black, and white colors best.

Welcome to the forum.

Lonewolf 03-01-2015 12:30 PM

Welcome!

KingGT86 03-01-2015 12:33 PM

Thanks man, do you plan on keeping the stock struts/ shocks etc when you run the Eibach?? I hear you can but it's possible to blow out the struts.. Maybe that's for higher mileage on the struts , I got mine brand new only got 3k on it so I'm thinking I should be ok.

Good to hear man because that's my plan lol, how does it ride in your opinion?

stevemp5 03-02-2015 02:50 PM

Is alot stiffer for sure! You feel every bump, crack on the road! For me is OK, some my friends dont like because to stiff for her taste.. if you want “comfort ride" take pro-kit or good set of coilovers loll. And this is not my daily, maybe for that my stock strut are still good loll. Sorry for the bad english :bonk:

@stevemp5 (it won't let me quote you)
Do you drive it in the winter? I find my RSRs with the stock struts are brutal when it is minus 20 or so.

Ohhh... Votre anglais est bien. Je souhaite la moitié des gens ici ont écrit aussi bien que vous le faites.

Cockatoo 03-02-2015 03:07 PM

Welcome fellow Monogram bro!

I hear you on that one! My bumper is my only casualty so far this winter.

Ugh, this happened to me too, the one time I rolled her out in an inch of snow. Slid in to a high curb and it popped my side marker, and then scraped the bottom of the bumper to the plastic. So frustrated. Now I have to find a lip kit to cover it up.

I just thank Toyota every day for providing a great car at a price that allows me to drive it and not freak out when something happens.
