Driving Force GT Wheel $70 Brand New (Before 11/13)!!
 

Hey guys, I just preordered COD: Black Ops and decided to check out the steering wheels for GT5 when it comes out and if anyone was interested in the Driving Force GT you can get one until 11/13 for $70 from amazon.com. Ya you have to submit a rebate but its $30 and normally not on sale its $150 new so I thought it was a pretty good deal and will prob get one since you cant find a brand new one for that cheap unless you get real lucky somehow. Hope someone is as excited as me lol otherwise I'd feel kinda dumb... :bonk:

Damn that sucks! That explains why all the ones on ebay are selling like hot cakes and I was reading that the G27 isn't fully compatible on GT5 yet?!?

A playseat would be sick but for practical purposes(room) and $, this foldable contraption from Hong Kong isn't a bad option. But damn $199 it's a hell of a lot better than the PVC piping junk that looks similar to this. :thumbdown:

yeah I saw the proce afterwards...Im sure it cant be that hard to build yourself though. decent brackets and hinges with some good wood or abs plastics maybe. Interesting project down the road

there is a few on ebay who sell very slightly used and refurbished g27 once in a while for around $250-280.. you just have to be patient and check once in a while.. I just bought one today for $249 after weeks of hunting down, i was really lucky because i saw the listing minutes after the vendor posted the item.

AS for the seat i'll go custom using wood as main material,, planning to to do a custom mount for shifter and "chilicoke"'s handbrake mod. (check him on youtube). I bet this setup won't even cost $50. :party0030:
