Let's not insult fellow owners .No brainer , If you could buy a new car and expect to drive it back in dealership the following week and and get what you paid for it would be unrealistic .Everyone has the right too opinion but seriously let's be fair I ended only getting 80 dollars for my stock tires with only 10k wear that's life there used and no demand for them.

No one is forced to pay any price for used parts. If you want to put a high price on it and wait and see if someone wants to pay then that's your choice. Please consult a person with a higher "I.Q" in regards to this.

I get what you're saying but I agree with the OP that it's a little insulting when people post parts with a year of wear for essentially MSRP. Always stating things like "if you consider taxes and shipping from US this is a bargain" when really it isnt.

This. It's all about supply and demand. I got what I paid for my esc even though it was used because the demand is high. You got three dollars for your tires because nobody wants the crappy stock prius tires.

I've bought parts before and then sold them at a higher price. Why? Because I can. Either the seller I bought them from wasn't asking enough, or the buyer I'm selling to was willing to pay too much. Either way, it happens.

You're telling me if you got a $2000 TV for $500, you wouldn't try to sell that TV for $1000-1500? Of course you would, if someone was willing to pay you that much for it.

I sold my stock tail-lights for $60. That was way less than I was expecting to get for them. But not many people want OEM parts, so instead of sitting on tail-lights that I don't need and having no money, I would rather have the $60 and the extra space.

An item or commodity, no matter what it is, is only worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
