Beatrush EL Header and Overpipe

Hey everyone,

Just got an email from my rep at Beatrush today that they are about to release their equal length 4-2-1 header and overpipe. I don't have a lot of information at this time, but I thought I would post it up. They are scheduled to be released in December.

4-2-1 manifold is full stainless (42.7mm-45mm-60mm) and they claim 22.9hp (15.18 on a Dynopack) when coupled with the overpipe. The combo isn't going to be cheap, but they look quite nice and are manufactured in Japan.

Awesome exhaust manifold!

Why the need to construct the overpipe with so many welded sections? For aesthetics?

Lack of manderal bend machine?

That could very well be. Maybe they had more control over fitment this way. But a good question indeed.

maybe they thought they were doing titanium.

chaoskaze 10-11-2014 07:00 PM

If it's real japanese, then they probably just think this looks pimp.....

TouchMyHonda 10-12-2014 08:05 AM

Price?

raven1231 10-12-2014 08:22 AM

Looks very nice, and very similar to the HKS

ShutterSpeed 10-13-2014 10:08 AM

Nice option. If price is comparable to other Japanese manifolds, I'd expect it to be somewhere near the HKS price.

Xero-Limit 10-13-2014 10:13 AM

Wow....that is the most pie cuts I've ever seen going to production on that overpipe. Purely style there, but then again it is Beatrush, so not unexpected. Header looks awesome, probably similar power as the HKS, though this looks to be more stepped.

MAPerformance 10-13-2014 11:16 AM

Everyone will have to PM me for pricing since I am not allowed to post it in this section.

Looks nice but too many weld sections for me to actually like it

mid_life_crisis 10-13-2014 02:55 PM

Those weld sections could be deliberate. If you use a bender there is a pronounced curve at each change of direction. By doing it their way, you get a straight run up to where it changes direction instead of a sweeping bend. They might have done it that way to avoid clearance issues.

This changes everything! haha

MAPerformance 10-14-2014 05:15 PM

Beatrush confirmed that they are in the middle of testing for a catted version, but they did not release any other information to me this time. They said they will let me know as soon as testing is completed.
