First Casualty of E85

My first casualty of E85. This is the bulb on my Harbor Freight siphon. It only lasted for about 100 gallons of siphoning. I guess rubber and alcohol don't get along.

And the 493 millionth casualty of Horrible Freight!

It's always a race between getting the job done and the tool braking when you go harbor freight.

Why is this in the "Issues, Warranty, Recalls" section? This isn't a part of your car that failed..

Thank you for the inclusion of a control variable in this deeply scientific test

Your tool broke... not the car. Stop scaring people!

I don't think continuously overworking your penis pump will improve things any faster...

gawd what a piece of shiet, toyota totally dropped the ball on this car once again!!!1

ahausheer 09-24-2014 02:05 AM

Is there a concern with where the dissolved rubber ended up? I mean is it in the fuel filter, engine, cat, etc??

tyrantcf 09-24-2014 04:29 AM

I mean I love harbor freight, they have many things that suit my needs perfectly but, failed after 100 gallons? Im guessing you got your moneys worth out of it.

aznatama 09-24-2014 01:53 PM

That's not an e85 casualty... that's Harbor Freight worse-than-china quality parts.

Tt3Sheppard 09-24-2014 05:12 PM
