FA20club.com contact problems
 

Ordered a kit from FA20club.com on the 20th. No shipping notifications. No return emails, phone goes straight to voicemail. Anyone else having problems with them?

I would start with getting any payments reversed rather than polling a forum to find opinions on the vendor.

FA20club.com is run by a known scammer. It is not a reputable shop and purchases from there should be disputed by your credit card and/or bank immediately.

Don't want to rub this in, but just goes to say how important it is to do proper research before you order online...

And this ladies and gentlemen is why you ask these questions BEFORE buying!

Well as it happens I used the search tool on "fa20club" and "fa20club.com" with no results. Im not trying to get a review of service, I was kinda hoping it was legit and maybe someone knew why there would be no response. Ie family emergency our some such. And yes I'm new to the forum

Don't even bother with so called "search tool" on this site. Just go to google and ask the question odds are this site will come up but you can add gt86 forum to the search to make sure it does.

So if you search for good/bad feedback and don't find either you immediately assume that it's all legit? You need to brush up on your life skills.

Sorry, can't see anything in that pic. Maybe I was in the wrong area when I searched? Is there a trick to using the search? And I paid with PayPal so they'll work it out

click search, go advance, type out what you want and it'll search topic titles instead of posts.

Sorry I'm not as refined as you Apoc but I've never had problems with scammers online. I didn't search until I realized there could be a problem. Used PayPal to pay cuz I knew they would cover me just in case

You bought a turbo out or some other type of kit? Either way dispute it right away

Might be a good idea to notify your credit card company as well. You said you ordered a kit so I take it you dropped a fair bit of change. Better safe than sorry. Hope it all works out.
