The SoCal spotted is filled with LA street names I've never heard of, so I thought it might be worthwhile to have our own SD spotted forum. I'll start by taking pics of the 10 or so 86's that come to Qualcomm for Autocross every month.

I'm surprised I haven't been spotted down here. I drive to base everyday. A lot of the FRS/BRZ cats in Point Loma definitely aren't driving it for the same reason as forum members, though.

What's your route?

8W to Sunset Cliffs then up to Naval Base Pt. Loma.

Silver FRS pissing people off in Mira Mesa will be me.

I spotted a white FRS on Mira Mesa Blvd and then on Hillery by the Legacy apartments. Lowered on stock wheels with spacers, custom plate. Looked good.

There was a whiteout FRS at Mesa College yesterday at around 10:45am circling around for a spot near the front (lol good luck). Had a bunch of stickers and a female driver.

White FRS parked behind barracks 787 in Naval Air Station Coronado :P

I go to auto-X events at the Q to witness WHATABOUTBOB's surgical precision around orange-cones - see you... I mean, spot you there!

Saw a modded Whiteout FRS take off pretty fast as I pulled up to 4th and Broadway downtown while in my work car. Had gold rims, red tails, and exhaust to name a few.

Silver with smoked out taillights and exhaust on Oberlin/Mira Mesa Blvd around 4:15

Shame about most (not all,mind you) females that drive twins. They look at me weird everytime I try waving. :sigh:

I've only ever see white ones in my rearview. I'm not into the whole 'bromance' thing but even I speed up when I see another one cruising on the freeway. I'm guessing that if no one notices a lowered FRS with TOM'S tail then they probably don't give a shit.


I am in the college area, however. I guess this just reaffirms my belief that most college kids are getting their cars paid for while I'm over here stressing out my wife. There's a white one one street over from my house but I think it's a female driver that just wanted a Scion.

Saw a 10 series parked on the street in Carlsbad, was stock.

Spotted a black FRS near my house on University ave pulling out from the 15 off ramp today. Gold wheels, lowered. I waved, but no wave back... sad-face.

Black FRS, gold wheels?!? Thought I got spotted for a second, but I was nowhere near the 15 today, sadface :(

Spotted a red BRZ lowered , with WORK wheels i think, at elite finish detailing. Was picking my car from getting some paint protection put on.

I just spotted a WRB BRZ with gold aftermarket wheel & tire setup on Rancho Santa Fe/Olivenhein Rd, right next to San elijo hills.

Spotted a white frs with exhaust driving up the 5 by Pendleton

That was mine! Sweet WRB w/ all the limited sti goodies.

Just plastidipped the stocks gold ;(

But my tire treads are getting low, that means new wheels soon :drool:

In other news, spotted a whiteout driving down Upas st in north park last night, and then an argento on the 54 east.

Spotted a white one crossing College. Lowered, had what appeared to be white XD9s and some sort of exhaust. Interested to know which one it was because it was fart-can and didn't get too loud.

At CSUSM top lot today- white FRS, white BRZ, orange FRS. Anyone on here?

WRB Stock parked on 5th. License plate frame read "Blondes" are not all dumb"

Blue FRS hard parked at Taco Bell in downtown Carlsbad on gunmetal 6spokes w/ continental tires.. window covered in stickers, lowered. Where u at
