Very nice!!! If I could swing the cost of the R1 I would, but it's a little too expensive for me to justify it. lol Gonna go with a Tomei 60S instead, but definitely happy for/jealous of you! Amuse makes amazing products, congratulations!

1ofaKind 07-17-2014 09:43 AM

Thanks for all the comments. I also had to get the amuse front pipe aka r1000 so the amount was very high, but my build is coming along like I wanted, videos will be posted of my buddyclub spec2 current set up and a video of the new set up.

$3500 is a ridiculous amount of money to spend on a catback. If you can swing it more power to you, but holy shit are there better ways to spend that money.

Very well said, but I dont want the same setup everyone else has, quality and everything else matters to me. I Respect your opinion though

206_ft86 07-18-2014 08:16 PM

i had the Amuse R1 Titan on my s2000 and the build quality was amazing. I don't fault you at all for spending the money on Amuse. Amuse makes amazing products.

The sound of the R1 Titan on an F20/F22 =

1ofaKind 07-18-2014 10:42 PM

All i need is the amuse over pipe and my set up is complete

CruiseZen 07-19-2014 09:33 AM

Wow, nice looking exhaust! If you find the time, how about posting a sound clip?

Fixed. The last thing you want is to spend money on an Amuse piece and put it on a or b series....

NLS8520 07-19-2014 07:28 PM

Please post a long exhaust clip so I have something to drool over then fap too. Love this exhaust bro, awesome!

samisons 07-20-2014 12:04 AM

Sounds awesome but damn 3500. I personally could never justify that not unless I win the lottery. Lol.

Yessir, plus an additional 1,000 for the amuse front pipe so close to 4500.

thunderlights 07-20-2014 10:28 AM

straight ballin, congrats on your purchase

superleggera 07-20-2014 08:13 PM

not a bad way to spend $3,500. My buddy had an amuse exhaust on his 350z way back in the day, and it sounded glorious.

peebking 07-21-2014 01:02 PM

I want to get this too... but way too much on my list

mcquarrieg 07-21-2014 03:20 PM

I completely agree @1ofaKind! I have a white fr-s and my bride bought an R1 (same burnt spec) for me as a wedding gift last September. I absolutely love it as I know you will. All about a quality build and sound. Amuse is one of a kind for sure...congrats.

You mentioned Amuse over pipe above but I believe that piece is just the front pipe section, catless, correct? Do you have any plans for a header upgrade in the future?

The rest of my exhaust is OEM, although I'm looking to upgrade it around spring time. I want to retain a cat in the front pipe and am thinking of going with Nameless for the EL header and op/fp combo (catted w/ resonator). Does anyone know or have heard a clip of an EL vs UEL with Amuse setup?

I bought the amuse catless front pipe as well its on the pictures I posted. Amuse just released the over pipe in 70mm or 60mm. Im going for the 70mm, I already have the buddyclub EL catless header :)

nor cal frs 07-21-2014 05:41 PM

Complete sex! Im jealous lol cant wait to hear both set ups!

mcquarrieg 07-22-2014 10:55 AM

Ahh yes I see the front pipe in the first pic you posted. That'll be quite the sound (and smell!) with that setup.

Did you ever post a video of the BC header before any Amuse? Did you think about getting UEL vs EL, or you knew right away you wanted EL?

I already knew i wanted the EL header, i love the EL sound to me it sounds good with a mild N/A build which I have plans to do. I Have not posted a video before but i will though. I Have a lot of people waiting for vids lol

Dustin 07-22-2014 06:41 PM

Add me to that list.

kosoku 07-22-2014 07:37 PM

I'm starting to think you don't have the exhaust.

Only reason I say that is because anyone who would have it would have had it installed by now (waiting on a front pipe or not).

:)
