There's a Top Gun reference about being inverted somewhere in that second picture, but I'm not sure where.

Nice car, BTW ;). It must have felt awesome driving it home!

Also, looking at the pictures you posted, it's easy to tell where Subaru spent the entirety of its styling budget. The keys.

Gratz Jaytaurus :happy0180:

My god is that a Manual or a phone book...holy crap that binder is HUGE! Does it even fit in the glove compartment?

WA_BRZ 05-27-2012 10:14 AM

Congrats, hopefully I'll get to see some of these Washington BRZs on the road soon. Is Roy Robinson still charging $2000 over MSRP or were you able to negotiate?

jflogerzi 05-27-2012 01:07 PM

Congrats! I love that color, but a 6sp AT? A tear ran down my eye (J/K)
Get out their and enjoy your new car! Man I love that color! :party0030:

dsgerbc 05-27-2012 01:28 PM

Seems like there's a trend of posting pics of your car upside down... ;)
Congrats!

Jayde 05-27-2012 02:14 PM

Congrats!!! Enjoy!

PERRIN_ADAM 05-27-2012 02:25 PM

Congrats man! The WRB is REALLY growing on me on this car! Have Silver now but I might have to make a leap to WRB if one becomes available!!! Nice job!!!!

DeepHunta 05-27-2012 03:28 PM

Another Washingtonian! Sweetness! Congrats!

jaytaurus 05-27-2012 05:29 PM

Got it from Roy Robinson, Marysville. 500$ less than MSRP :) Almost got the rear diffuser free. Man I love driving this car so much. In just one day, I saw at least 30 head turnings, expression like  from bikers, subbie smiles. Even better, parked my car at Fred Meyer for shopping, when I got back, 3 girls were talking pictures of it.

I completely understand how it feels like waiting. But hang in there. Once you get it, u will know it is worth waiting for this car :)

$500 less than msrp and "almost" a free rear diffuser!? How did that happen? Any tips for when I finalize the sale on the day I pick up the car?

$500 less => almost free rear diffuser. Not $500 "and" free diffuser :) one of the reason in my case could be that it was automatic. So not so much people wanted it. Thats why I think I was able to negotiate.

Reason why I got auto:
I have driven manual whole my life. I wanted to try something diff.

Congrats!

that's what happens when you rotate your camera phone clock-wise instead of counter clock-wise to take a landscape shot :bellyroll:

ngabdala 05-28-2012 09:40 AM

Jay Grey 05-28-2012 11:55 AM

Man the WRB looks very nice, Congrats! The BRZ is really really starting to grow on me, I don't care what no one says. That black stash is not bad & gives it character.

kyolml 05-28-2012 03:59 PM

did you pre-ordered or just one of the back out order? If it's pre-order you still did get to negotiation below MSRP?

Gaen 05-28-2012 04:41 PM

did u get the "Rear Bumper Applique"? if u did what does it look like ?

Gaen 05-28-2012 04:43 PM
