I saw a similar incident when I was attending a Community college.

This girl got really upset with her boyfriend mac'n on another girl so she baseball batted the shit out of his integra R.

My brother's batshit crazy ex put several holes in the fiberglass of his '72 Corvette convertible with a maul. He wasn't there at the time, but she readily admitted she did it. Then, when she wanted to be his friend again, she said she didn't really do it and instead blamed it on her batshit crazy 10 year old daughter (whom she had managed to lose custody of in the mean time).

Also, since the car is in both of their names, she'll have to reimburse him for his 1/2 of the loss of the vehicle, and his utility of the vehicle (for example, if it was his only means to get to work).

Take her to Judge Judy. Not only will she be absolutely ruthless against this woman, she might find a way to lay some punitive damages, and maybe something for emotional distress or something... it's been a while since I took law.

Get yourself a partner that shares some of the same interest at you.

I don't know, seemed staged to me. She did not overly angry, or really act angry. It was all sorta:

"OK, I'll smash this, I'll bang on it a little here, is that enough, or do I need to keep going if we want enough hits on YouTube?"

The guy with the phone was also a little "matter of fact" about the whole thing.
