I think it's just the reflection that makes it seem off. Look at where the top of the Toyota "arms" hit the top of the little cut out.

Looks slightly rotated down on the right side of the badge. Very minimal. You can always try to let the hot sun bake the adhesive a bit. Then try to manipulate it a bit.
