Nice job man!!! :clap::clap::clap:

Mad props. Great work.

Hey Franki thanks for the post but all your photobucket links exceeded bandwidth.
Question though, what about the paint made it challenging? The products you were using were not cutting at all (i.e. clearcoat was very hard) or the products weren't bringing you to the finish you were used to (i.e. maybe indicative of a soft clear coat?) I never had any experience with Subaru paint and the fact you're working on black is very interesting (preordered black BRZ)! However, I've never heard of using baby oil? |

Nice!! I love a well detailed black car. The maintenance to keep it looking that way is a bitch though. But well worth it.

Call me newb, but what's that digital gauge thing? I always see it, is it show how clean it is?

no it's to measure how much clear coat I have to play with before beginning polishing to remove paint defects. |

Great pics and video btw. Delete the 'how to wash your car's thread and put this in its place.
I did get a bit nervous when I saw a ring still on your hand tho! |

This is my fear of owning a black/dark gray car

Yeah I noticed the ring as well... eek.

Awesome pics. STIs are suck cool cars.

Looks very, very nice! I'm glad I'm not the only one who obsesses over car cleanliness; none of my car-guy friends seem to care as much as I do... don't really get it.
