This is my 3rd time buying from @FT-86 SpeedFactory and i'll be honest.....they have EXCEEDED my expectations every single time! Turn around time from placing the order to shipment is just crazy fast. Also to my surprise my hood dampers that i recently bought from them got an extra speed up in shipping.

10/10 for service, shipping, and support

The whole crew at ft86speedfactory just made me a customer for life.

No one is 100% perfect. Case in point. I ordered a 70mm Raceseng pulley for my Innovate supercharger from them but I received a 72.5mm by mistake. Where as a lot of companies would say, "Sorry, ship that one back and we'll send you a new one", costing the customer more money, FT86 SpeedFactory sent me the correct pulley along with a return shipping box making everything easy as could be on my end. Wait whoa what? Man I wish I had known that before, I already bought my short shifter/shift springs from them. They sent them extremely quickly too, I don't think I've ever seen such a quick turn around for an order. Good guys to deal with.

I want to be honest, FT86SpeedFactory has far and exceeded satisfactory customer service. Really fast shipping, candy anyone? and they have almost everything. I just have noticed that other vendors on here SOMETIMES, SOMETIMES, have cheaper prices. Thats the only thing, but other than that, great service by far.

I've never found cheaper prices. Especially if you're smart enough to find their discount code on the top of their website. My friend who is a vendor couldn't get me cheaper prices. Just sayin.

For example. I've been looking at the Greddy evo 3 theyre asking 817. With discount code it'll probably drop to 810 or something. Other vendors like circuit motorsports or modbargains will offer cheaper. I don't want to post prices but u can PM me and I'll tell u the quote I just got for the same item from a different vendor.

What about after sales support? What about inventory? What about knowledge?

I'm not saying other shops don't offer that, but it should all be part of a buying decision.

I will gladly pay MAP when I know the people I am buying from can support me, have inventory on hand, etc. I've bought a lot from RallySportDirect who just does MAP, and I do so because I'll call them, ask if they have it in stock and then overnight it because it's something I need. I wasted hours calling all the "shops" on this site for the same part and everyone "had" it.. but couldn't overnight it because it had to be drop shipped so they didn't actually have anything.

Totally agreed on this. Plus when I had that little dilemma with a company for boost when I called Jeremy for a question he even offered to follow up with them on my behalf. Now that's what I call excellent service.

Figured I'd add to the list of positive experiences. This was my first purchase for my BRZ, so it was hard to figure out where I wanted to get my springs and filter. Saw this thread and decided to give them a try. Like everyone else, they definitely EXCEEDED my expectations. They shipped it immediately. So fast, in fact, that I got an email from Jeremy on Monday (when I ordered it) saying it would be here Wednesday. Liar. It was sitting at my doorstep Tuesday.

Like the title of this thread states, I'm not sure why I'll go anywhere else for my future orders. Thanks FT-86 Speedfactory!

My first experience with them was great. Emailed them and got quick responses and good advice. Ordered my Perrin Catback on Tuesday around noon with the free shipping (I figured it would be a week or so to get it). It was delivered at my house Wednesday at 3PM. I've only seen that happen with Amazon Prime. Can't wait to get the exhaust installed this afternoon.

I had a mistake with an order through FT86 Speedfactory once. Once the cause of the issue was determined, They more than made up for it. +1 for taking care of your customers.

I didn't get any laffy taffy with my muffler. I mean, I guess it makes sense because they shipped it out from the east coast. If you could just overnight me a green laffy taffy, all will be forgiven.

HAHAHA!!!! I found this in the mailbox today. I got my sweet dinosaur on the package and a boat load of laffy taffy. This is a prime example of how you win and keep customers.

What was even better was the fact that they sent this on their own accord. I mean, I mentioned it here, but understood they shipped from a location on the east coast. It speaks volumes that they would simply send me some stickers and laffy taffy rather than just wait for me to order something else. I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. My only complaint is that they have some really expensive candy, but what they package with the candy more than makes up for it. 800 bucks for some candy and they threw in an exhaust kit.

Subaru did the same thing though. I bought a 30k dollar Subaru water bottle and they threw in a car.

I emailed speedfactory to get the military discount. 7 minutes later i had my code and was placing my order. my actual response to the email was "damn that was fast." honestly i was prepared for the eventuality of not getting my order in today. i really wasn't expecting them to migrate my account to the military list and email me back with the code by close of business the same day. i was expecting to hear back maybe tomorrow at best. a 7 minute turn around on an email of any nature is staggering. ive ordered a lot of parts from them and i always get them before i was expecting them. granted they aren't 100% perfect but no company of any significant size is. there have been circumstances where i have had to threaten venders with BBB complaints just to get my parts shipped. so having a company like speedfactory that i can trust who 9 times out of 10 will have the parts im looking for is definitely a comfort.

Unfortunately now I am having an issue with a SpeedFactory product. I ordered the velox camber plates and experienced a critical failure. I have contacted SpeedFactory and have yet to recieved any type of response. It has now been 5 days sense the initial attempt to reach them. Which is unfortunate as I really like SpeedFactory as a company and have always had good experiences with them in the past.
